Email is the way in. There’s no phone line and no chat widget, and a person reads every message.

For readers

contact@thebettingdude.com is for questions, corrections, complaints and privacy requests.

• Spotted a mistake? Send the page address and what’s wrong. Factual errors get fixed, and the page’s date is updated.
• Disagree with a score? Tell me why. The review methodology explains how scores are built, and a good argument can change one.
• Privacy request? Say what you need (a copy of your data, a deletion, an unsubscribe) and you’ll get an answer within one month. The privacy policy has the details.

For companies

business@thebettingdude.com is for listing, review, advertising and partnership requests. The business inquiries page has a short form and explains how listings work: they’re editorial and free, and paid placement is always labelled “Sponsored”. I aim to answer business requests within 2 business days.

What I can’t help with

• Disputes with a bookmaker, app or tipster. I don’t run them and can’t see your account. Contact their support, and the regulator that licenses them if that fails.
• Betting tips by email. Predictions aren’t live yet. When they are, they’ll be on the site for everyone at once.
• If betting is hurting you or someone close to you, please don’t wait for a reply from me. The responsible gambling help page lists free, confidential help lines.
