Short version: this site publishes opinions about betting products. It isn’t advice, it takes no bets, and nothing here promises that you’ll make money. You must be an adult to use it. By using the site you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

Adults only

You may use this site only if you are at least 18, or older where the law where you live sets a higher age for gambling (21 in some places). It is your responsibility to check that betting, and the products described here, are legal where you are.

Opinions, not advice

Reviews, scores, rankings, guides and predictions are editorial opinions and general information. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and they aren’t instructions to place any bet. Any decision to bet is yours alone.

No promise of profit

Betting involves losing money. Past results of any app, site, tipster or prediction, including anything published on this site, say nothing certain about the future. We never promise winnings, and you shouldn’t trust anyone who does. Bet only what you can afford to lose. Free help is listed on the responsible gambling help page.

We are not a bookmaker

We take no bets, hold no funds and run no betting accounts. If you have a problem with a bookmaker, app or tipster listed here, your contract is with them, and so is your complaint.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep prices, features, licences and other facts up to date, and pages show when they were last reviewed. Products change without telling us, so check the details with the provider before you pay for anything. Found a mistake? Tell us at contact@thebettingdude.com and we’ll fix it.

How we rank

Scores follow the published review methodology. We use no affiliate links and accept no payment for rankings. Paid placement, if any, is labelled “Sponsored” and sits outside the rankings. Blocks labelled “Featured” are placements picked by the site: they carry no score and sit outside the rankings.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites and apps we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, their terms or what they do with your data.

Intellectual property

The text, scores, design and code of this site belong to the operator of TheBettingDude.com or its licensors. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it to build a competing directory, or present our scores as your own. Product names, team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify what is being discussed.

Acceptable use

Don’t attack the site, flood the forms, try to get past its security, or use it to break the law. We may block access for anyone who does.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, the operator of TheBettingDude.com is not liable for betting losses or for any other loss arising from your use of the site or from your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last reviewed” date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a case where you live.
